The result was probably unexpected by others as it prompted EPESTH's website to write that newly-illuminated Panathlitikos' win against Aias was singled-out (ξεχώρισε και η νίκη του νεοφώτιστου Παναθλητικού Συκεών επί του Αίαντα με 3-1).
