Panathlitikos vs H.A.N.TH (YMCA Of Thessaloniki)

We played against a rather good team and lost 3-0. The opponents are currently positioned at 2nd place.
Their defense during the game was very good while ours was below what it should have been. Similarly for our reception...

The loss puts us to 7th place. There are still lots of games till the end of the championship so we still have high hopes for a good placement.

A bunch of us Panathlitikos Athletes shall be meeting this Saturday for food at Oreokastro, right after our practice. Anyone interested, sound off!

Panathlitikos vs Eukarpia

We scored our second 3-0 win for this volleyball season. Let's hope we'll be able to keep it up. The match was relatively easy, although at some parts we were making many consecutive mistakes that could have cost us a set or two. Our middles (that includes you Tarantula) performed very well both offensively, a la Power Spikes, and defensively, a la Iron Curtains.

The win puts into 5th place (out of 12) in the league.
FIFTH!

Panathlitikos vs Aetos

The first official match for the new year ended with a win.
Not only that, it is also our first 3-0 win in an official match since the beginning of the volleyball season.
Our serves have greatly improved. They can now be classified dangerous (of Swinger fame)! Let's hope they'll prove as such during this week's important game.

Panathlitikos vs Epikouros

We had a friendly match with Epikouros' team and won 3-1. Their official team is quite high in Greece's National league, but we played with their younger team. Our team's young players, namely Stratoulis, Nikolakis, Aggelakos and Mitsakos also had their chance to play and gain some experience.
